The Foundation Program is an U8/U9 coed soccer development program that will follow US Soccer’s age appropriate soccer curriculum to enhance technical ability and basic tactical awareness. The Foundation will provide a fun but challenging developmental bridge between our recreational program and our competitive U10 Primero/Primera Program. The Foundation will fine tune individual technique, create more confident technical players and use 4 v 4 games to accelerate a greater soccer feel and understanding of the game. In order to receive maximum player development, group members and players must commit to each training session to ensure the training environment and games are successful for the players.
To participate, all foundation players must be registered, paid, and participates in the 2012/2013 BUSA recreational program. Foundation players will play full time for their recreation teams and does not interfere with recreational team commitments.
