Sunday Soccer Program
Registration will be open through March 30, 2012
Ages Under 4 - Fee $55 Ages Under 5 - Fee $75
(Born between 8/1/2007 and 7/31/2008) (Born between 8/1/2006 and 7/31/2007)
*Uniform Shirt is provided, and handed out at first session.
Shorts and socks are not provided. Medals awarded at end of season.
General Information
· Coaches are needed for all age groups. (Please indicate at Registration)
· Practice / Game Schedule is as follows: (U5 at 2:00 pm, U4 at 3:30 pm)**

**These are NEW start times for the spring.
- Team colors and coaches will be emailed prior to the first game
- North games will be at Brookwood Forest Elementary
- South games will be at the Sports Blast Complex
· Team coaches are encouraged to participate in all practice / game sessions
· Parents will be asked to help coach, so please come prepared (Don’t worry, it will be fun and easy)
All Players will need to have
· Soccer Ball - Size 3
· Water Bottle
· Shin Guards
· Soccer Cleats or Tennis Shoes
