Our recreational soccer programs are administered locally by the Mountain Brook Soccer Club and the American Soccer Club under the direction of the Birmingham United technical staff. No matter where you register, you can choose from one of our age-appropriate programs!
Under 4 and Under 5 Age Chart
The Sunday Soccer Program is designed for very young players looking to play for purely recreational purposes with very little time commitment. Our new stars in the game begin their careers with a four week program,, to teach some basic principles of the game to both the player and parent, preparing them for a fun-filled lifetime of soccer excitement. Games are played weekly on Sunday afternoons with medals and t-shirts for all participants. As a low-key introduction to soccer, this program allows players to be slowly introduced to the game, play fun soccer-related games, have hundreds of touches on the ball and meet new friends in their community. Sunday Soccer is planned at Brookwood Forest Elementary and the Heardmont Park Fields.
