Birmingham United Soccer Association would like to welcome the Our Lady of the Valley Soccer! We are excited to have this relationship return to BUSA.
Spring 2026 Registration opens December 1.
Our Lady of the Valley soccer is open to children who are members of the Parish or attend OLV School Grades K – Grade 8. There are two soccer seasons: fall and spring. Children may play in one or both seasons and registration are held separately for each season. OLV soccer teams play in a fun, recreational league through the Birmingham United Soccer Association (BUSA).

Kindergarten (u6) / First Grade (u7) / Second Grade (u8): Kindergarten aged children through Second grade are encouraged to register for our fun u6-u8 recreational league. Games start on March 14 and end on May 10. Practices and games will be at OLV Soccer Field and/or Heardmont Park.
Registration Fees & Uniforms: The Registration Fee for all u8 players is $120 per season. All Kindergarten (U6), First (U7) and Second Graders (U8) must also purchase a uniform kit for $25 if they have not played before or if they need a new uniform. Uniform Kit includes two jerseys (home & away), shorts and socks.
3rd Grade (u9) through 8th Grade (u14): May register to play on an OLV team. OLV teams compete for age 9 (u9 – 3rd Grade) and above compete with teams in the BUSA Club across Birmingham area). The game season starts on March 14 and ends on May 10.

Spring 2026 Key Dates:
Kindergarten (u6) / First Grade (u7) / Second Grade (u8):
Practices/Season Start: Feb 23
Game Season End: May 10
(Includes a 8 game season). Games will be played on Saturday mornings at Heardmont Park, Sportsblast, or Forest Park. There is a Festival at Heardmont Park the weekend of April 17-18, where two games will be played and team & individual pictures will be taken.
(u9 – u14):
Practice/Season Start: February 18.
Game Season End: May 10.
No League Games are scheduled for the Spring Break weekends of March 21 and 28. Games to be played on Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons at OLV Soccer Field or Sportsblast, and away games at other club fields in Birmingham.
