This interactive flyer from our physical therapy partner shows exercises athletes can do to help prevent ACL injuries. The flyer lists lots of exercises, including warm-ups and strengthening exercises. Each exercise listed is a link to a video of one of our sports med physical therapists, Justin Kirk, showing how to perform the exercise. They are not blue underlined like we are used to seeing hyperlinks, but the indicator appears to open a new window when you hover the cursor over the exercise name.
